The results of the Bach Flower Remedy 48 are really fantastic! As soon as the second day I really noticed some positive changes. I feel a lot calmer, less distracted, have a clear head and also sleep better during the night. Before taking the Bach Flower Remedy, I was always anxious about what could happen. Now I no longer feel anxious and I worry a lot less. 

 

Because I worry less I also sleep a lot better and feel so much fitter. Sometimes I do have a bad day, but because of the Bach Flowers this hardly ever happens anymore.
