Dear Tom,

Thanks for the Bach flower first aid remedy for the flight. It really helped me on the way over.

Of course it didn't take the turbulence away, but I was able to calm myself. I'm not sure how to explain it but my panic wasn't all consuming and personal, there was much more mental space and my body was more relaxed.

I'd rather use something natural than antibiotics or the like.
