- Bach flowers mix 65 Hi Tom,
A month ago I ordered Bach Flower mix n° 65.
I’ll let you know how I’m doing now.
Let me first explain briefly why I had those gloomy feelings:
First of all, dejection is very common in our family (parents, grandparents, aunts, cousins). When I was young, I was raised not to show or talk about emotions. This was hard for me because I am a highly sensitive person, so the world was overwhelming.
This caused me to be the person I am now. I have a very hard time expressing my emotions and always suffer from a dejected feelings. In autumn and winter this grows stronger. I’m often that dejected that I can’t even manage to keep the house clean and I’m barely happy or cheerful while I have every reason to be so. (Nice family, nice job).
The first three weeks I took Bach Flowers I didn’t notice anything. But last week I observed that I’m being more active. I’m able to structure my daily life and I’m housekeeping perfectly fine. I’m not down anymore and I finally get out of my couch (without having to pay an effort by the way). I really hope it continues this way, so that I might cheer up a bit as well and become a happier person.
So far, it has been a real improvement already.
