- Bach flowers mix 77 Dear Tom,
I'm highly sensitive and I discovered mix 77 not so long ago. I have noticed that I'm a lot calmer in stressful situations, less rushed, my palpitations have decreased a lot, which makes me suffer less from a shortness of breath. I have more inner peace. It works fine for me.
