- Bach flowers mix 84 Dear Tom,
It’s been more than a month since I started using Bach flowers for my chronic breathing problems.
I have to say that I’ve had a lot of positive changes. I feel that I have more breathing space during the day and the oppressive feeling on my chest is gone. The feeling of having a swollen throat is also gone. Which I am extremely happy about.
Also I can go a little further in working out. I used to take it really easy because I was afraid I would trigger my breathing problem when I started to run faster. Because of this I started to panic and it only got harder.
It took a long time before they diagnosed it with me. I have tried a lot of things to get rid of it but nothing really helped. Now I hope that we are going in the right direction so that I can be free of this chronic breathing problem.
