- Bach flowers mix 84 Dear Tom,
About a month ago I started using the Bach flower mix 84 as cure for my chronic breathing problem. Although I didn’t believe in it first, I have to confess now that they work for me. The sharp edges from the breathing problems are gone and they aren’t as heavy anymore. During the day I am a lot calmer and since last week I am no longer paying attention to my breathing. Sleeping is really sleeping again, and it's been a long time sinc I could really sleep.
