And everything was easy

Hi Tom,

I want to share my initial experiences with you with my personal Bach flower mix.

It’s the second week now, but I already feel the difference. I suppose it’s the Bach flowers. I am more relaxed, not so agitated anymore and not so scared. Last week I agreed to a blind date, which I had never dared to do before. Everything was easy, I had no fears. We understood each other well and we will meet again. I am looking forward to what the future will bring.

Today I had a gastroscopy and I was not scared at all. I took four drops on the tongue beforehand, and it was easy. Before I was scared of hospitals, medics etc and my biggest fear was not waking up after the anaesthesia. But I talked with the Doctor about this very quickly, and then I didn't think about it and these thoughts were not so present in my mind.

I am sooo proud of myself. I look forward to the future. Now I am ready for a new job, just need to find one.
I still enjoy being alone sometimes, but this can only be improved and I will be in a better mood soon.

We will 'read' each other again soon, I’ll keep on writing to you about my experiences.
