First of all I wanted to say that since I started using my personal mix of Bach flowers, it's been going a lot better. It gives me a great day-to-day support. I'm almost near the end of the third bottle and I wanted to know if I can continue to use them and for how long I can take the drops.
Apart from the anxiety, that has diminished in comparison to some time ago, I also needed help for the fear I have of taking a long journey, as well as the fear I have of standing in line at the supermarket, because I'm afraid I could have an attack. Being in a crowded place or doing a training course still puts me in a state of anxiety, even though I need to say that now I am more in control.
