It goes well, but I'm tired because our baby is having a difficult time and we have another little kid who is still under 3 years old. But that comes with the territory. Because of the Bach flowers I can monitor my needs and limits a little bit better. It gives me more conflict, but it's healthier for me.
I'm noticing I have less guilt when I do something just for myself.
I've been taking the drops since the pregnancy and a bit irregularly, but it still works.
