Regarding my husband's changes. In the beginning we didn't notice anything, but the last three weeks he's feeling different.
The symptoms - like the concentration problems, fears, memory problems and clogged ears - are still apparent, but have improved.
However, this isn't constant. There are for example two good days and a few lesser days, but the intensity has decreased.
So in general, everything is fine. You can prepare the same mix for him. A bit stronger if possible, certainly for his sleeping.
