Great improvement and a weight loss bonus

Dear Tom,

First of all, I want to let you know that after 3 weeks I've had benefits from the personal mix you composed.

I noticed results after just one day. The first day I was nauseous, so it works immediately and even in a positive way. This I don't experience much any more.

Afterwards, I didn't notice a great urge to snack anymore. I still treat myself with something when I'm on the couch in the evening, but I'm mostly satisfied after one or two cookies. I also make the right decisions myself now.

I don't buy potato chips anymore, but eat rice squares, an apple or vegetables. When I'm at the store, I don't buy a load of sweets anymore. I only buy sweets for my daughter and I buy the ones I don't like myself. Also when I'm on the road I don't have a need for chips and other fast food. Without any problem, I've lost 1.2 kilograms.

I feel hormonally more balanced, because I eat less. I feel mentally more relaxed, less agitated and more at ease in general. The feelings of depression have gone.
I feel human again and can cope better with stress. I thought my medication had to change at first.

We have had renovations. We changed the window-frames, but there were problems and some things went wrong and it's still not completed. However I am getting through it like it is nothing. I've been tired for a few days now, but at least I know about myself.

Unfortunately I'm having a headache today, but that's because I had to have some drilling done under anesthesia for about 1 hour and 45 minutes and this gives me after-pains.

Hot sweats are still there, but I can cope with it much better then before.
