Before I started taking the mix I had a few bad days with my BP going from very low to high in a matter of seconds. I've been taking some herbs which helped to keep the BP low but didn't prevent the spikes. Only your mix did! At first, I thought it was a crazy coincidence because it happened very quickly but now I'm certain. And I'm certain that this is because some of these herbs affect the hypothalamus. Research has been done to show it.
Actually, I think it's more effective when used as homeopathic remedies because it works instantly on the brain via the tongue receptors.
