Like I have already mentioned in my mail from the first of February, I feel less down.
To this day I still feel better. I am active again and I'm making plans which I also execute ;).
In the mornings, I still have some small issues starting my day, but I can get over it a lot easier and more quickly than before.
I've never been a morning person, that I accept.
