- Personal Bach flowers remedy Hi Tom,
I hope you are doing well.
The personal mix that you’ve made for my daughter Clémentine is working very well, especially on her character. I feel she's more confident, less shy. . . On the enuresis side, she was still bedwetting until a week ago, but at that time I watched a documentary on enuresis and I recognized Clémentine in the case of a child that has a small bladder.
So, for the past week, I have asked Clem to go to pee every two hours in the daytime in order to empty her bladder regularly. I also don't let her drink except for half a glass of water at dinner time and again if she is really thirsty. For the past week her bed has been dry. Finally, the fact is that I can't really know whether this is because I prevent her from drinking, or because she has no need, or is it due to the Bach flowers treatment for the past two months?
For my part, I've been taking my personalized mix for a few weeks also. I can say that I feel better, I even have the feeling that the true “Géraldine” is getting out of my body and allowing herself to answer confidently and give her opinion without crying or blushing ;)
But I have to say that on “fear, anxiety, death, old age" I still have a lot to do. I don’t sleep well, because in the night I think a lot and, of course, it is all about negative stuff. It’s true that I’m also peri-menopausal and my GP warned me that it is a period where hormones bother us a lot.
One day I’m very happy and the day after, I see myself getting sick, old or even worse: dying. I have only taken the first vial and I don’t know if I have to continue on with the same mix or if I have to take something else. If you could give me your advice on that topic and let me know what I have to take on the Bach flowers' side, that would be nice.
At any rate, I’m satisfied with the results for my daughter and half for myself, because there are still things to work on, but I imagine that I still have to take the drops a few times.
