- Personal Bach flowers remedy My daughters have been taking a personal mix for two months. I asked them to take it - without giving any explanations - to see whether their behaviour would change. In their teenage years, they were always confronting each other. One of them said things that were unbearable to hear, a complete lack of self-confidence, leading to withdrawal.
For me, it was a very complicated period to handle. For the last two months, I haven't heard them squabbling or insulting each other.
