At the end of 2013 with the beginning of my menopause I started to suffer from panic attacks and fear. I was scared of being alone at home, scared to go out with friends, afraid of company meetings or of staying in hotels or anywhere without being close to a doctor, such as on mountain trips in nature. I was afraid of accidents, of horrible diseases and of death. I was always sad and hopeless, I was not able to be happy anymore. The fear was always with me.

Three months ago I started to feel physical complaints like nausea, which suddenly appeared, than disappeared, and came back again later, and so on. All medical diagnostics gave no results, even a gastroscopy brought no result at all. Sleeping problems and diarrhoea occurred and I felt so helpless.
