Just thought I'd let you know how I was getting on with the mixture you prepared for me. In fact, it's just like the last time; a couple of days & I'm back to my feisty self. It's great. I feel so much more in control & able to stand up for myself like I used to do, something that I'd lost over the years.
I was able to refuse my neighbour something very politely last week, & got angry over a situation where I had the right to be angry. I've been finding that really difficult but no longer.
