I took time for myself

Good evening Tom,
I want to give you some info about your mix. I received it on the 21st and I started on it straight away.

Since yesterday, I have noticed a change. I took time for myself, and my business. I respected my own wishes and needs, choosing whether to go for a swim alone or with a friend. I am listening to my inner-self and have refused to cancel those appointments through fear that my friend would reject me.

I am delighted, and feel light hearted again. My friend too felt a change.

I sometimes felt the need to be alone, do my stuff, attend to my duties. My relatives, for example, whom I was harassing for advice, and then cut all discussion with them like it was too much trouble, now I take a little time to talk to them. I understand that everybody has his path to take in life. I feel better, because I keep my line of action. Today, it’s only been one week but I already feel strong improvements. I hope it will last.
