The most notable effect of the Mix is that I'm less tired (only a bit woozy in the morning). I sleep more soundly and I wake up later.
Maybe it's because I don't have to set my alarm because of the darker days.
I also told you that I burp a lot. This has also decreased. Maybe I'm less tense (also in my intestines).
