I have incredible news, our friends left yesterday by plane and guess what... I didn't have a panic attack! I also don't need to take Alprazolam anymore!
I became much calmer because of the drops and I can place things into perspective now. Somehow I still miss my friends, but I can control myself better than before.
It also went well on the dogprairie yesterday (which is a trigger). I could talk about the departure to others without any problems. Last year was totally different!
