After using Bach Flowers for a while, I can cautiously say that I've noticed some improvements.
I've finished my first month and I feel like it helped me!
The pain in my heart area is gone, I'm much calmer and I can let stuff go now.
I would also like to add that I'm working on it myself.
The fatigue remains and I still have headaches.
I've read that these are symptoms of my burnout. This may last for a while.
