Lifted from negativity

Hi Tom,

Just a quick message, we arrived back from Austria two and a half weeks ago now. My daughter Ilse was very depressed before we went there and wasn't looking forward to the holiday at all, although she still wanted to go. Mixed feelings.

We immediately started with the drops and I have to say that I noticed a difference. I don't know if it works this quickly, but she became jolly, sociable and wanted to do fun stuff in Austria. Climbing in an outdoor park, canyoning and even para-gliding off a mountain! That she even had the energy for that surprised us.

From time to time she searched for a moment of peace at the river, where we were camping or she would go long boarding in the forest. Three times she had a bad turn, but it would quickly improve. Before, this could take days.

We are now three weeks in and my daughter is feeling quite alright. However, she doesn't believe it could come from the drops. We think it does. Now we are going to pick up our life at home and hopefully she will keep on feeling good and won't relapse into negative emotions, depression and bouts of auto mutilation.

The feeling is still there and the drops don't take this away, but they support her I think.

Tomorrow we have an appointment with a psychologist and we will carry on from there, because a bit of guidance is still necessary.
