More attention to the present moment, at work and less obsessive thoughts

Good evening Tom,

Approximately two weeks ago, I received the order I placed, and now I am using the Bach flowers. Very slowly I have managed to leave the house and today I walked for almost one and a half hours whereas before using the flowers, I could not even drive.

When i get down to half a bottle, I would like to order two more bottles, to continue using them. Is it correct that I should review the flowers after three months? I would always order three bottles to have a supply at home, but I do not know when and if I have to use different a different formula (every month, every two or every three?).

I noticed a change in my daily life: more attention to the present moment, at work and fewer obsessive thoughts.

I sleep much better. I started going to the gym, whereas before, with the other drops, I couldn't do this.

I am very motivated to continue with this mix. I'm also able to scale down a natural antidepressant I use, that makes me sleepy during the day, without any particular problems.
