My life is now going to start

Dear Tom,

I would like to let you know that the personal mix really helps a lot.

I am very thankful for that.

I don't have any anger outbursts anymore and I feel a lot better. I drink about three litres of water with Bach Flowers in every day. I don't eat sugar anymore and I cook much healthier meals that are, above all, much tastier, which makes me enjoy my hot meals again.

My daily schedule has changed. I go to sleep much earlier (around 9:30) and I wake up a lot sooner (4:30). This is because of my paper-route which I started a few weeks ago. This paper-route really makes me happy. Fresh air, at one with nature, no people around me, peace and exercise.

Since 1st November I've ended my successful job at the driving school that I held for 11 years. Everyone said I was crazy. But since I've made this decision, a weight has been liffted from my shoulders and I feel much better. Also I don't feel the need to smoke cannabis anymore. I only do it at night when I have exercised late and I want to fall asleep early. I have more vivid dreams when I don't smoke weed.

When we were on holiday I didn't miss smoking pot once...

So all in all, I have reached a turning point. I live and am more aware, positive and learning more about the "new world". I don't want to encase myself in armor anymore, or act the way I was "supposed" to act, because I finally figured out that I don't have to act like that. I realize now that I have always limited myself in my feelings and my thoughts. I never felt, but always did what I thought I was "supposed" to do. For me, this is a revelation! I have to thank you, Tom, my natural healer Anne, and myself. My life is now going to start...

I feel so strong that I decided to stop the anti-depressants. Today I started dismantling (without medical advice) and I'm going to follow my feelings further until I have completely stopped.

I will reorder this week.
