Just thought I would update you
The remedy you made me has been used for a while now. At first, as I said, it seemed to make me lethargic. I reduced the dose to three times a day and it works fine. I am no longer taking my other medication which I reduced gradually. My partner says l am no worse for not taking it. I am also more relaxed and sleep better. No more twitching in my sleep. My remedy will soon be finished and I will order more.
The test will come when I go for my BP check, although I find myself less anxious.
