Thank you for getting back to me.
Taking the personal mix as prescribed has helped me a lot.
I feel so much happier in myself. My negative thinking is now more positive. I don't dwell on things like i used to. I wake up with very little anxiety, whereas previously it was present as soon as I awoke and throughout the day too.
I have found that when my period is due, my negative emotions are more prevalent... so I'm not sure whether my symptoms are hormone related or not.
