Just some quick feedback about the personal mix.
I started the treatment a month ago...
The first week was very special; I slept like a rock!
I even slept too much, and because of this I became a little jaded!
This changed during the second week and it was less extreme.
I sleep and am more at ease in general. Momentarily I'm in a busy period so I'm a bit more restless than usual.
My hot flashes/nightly sweats have decreased!
On the subject of making wise decisions and being firmer, I feel that I'm "firmer" and less unbalanced by other people's opinion or attitude. This also makes me more relaxed.
All in all, I'm very satisfied!
I'll finish the bottles and take it from there.
