Dear Tom,
I have been using the personal Bach flower mix for over two months. I would like to let you know that it has been very effective up until now, the result came gradually but is undeniable. I feel so much better from an emotional perspective. Also I have done two exams in the meantime, with very good results and this has boosted my self confidence too. But mostly I have noticed that I am more chilled about my life. I'm not such a perfectionst anymore and have no grinding thoughts. Letting go is much easier too!
The only thing where there have been no changes are my migraine attacks. The frequency is the same (at least once a week). The attacks are a little milder, but are still strong enough that I need to use my medicine. Do you have any more advice for me about this? I now have one more bottle for one month of the mix, I don't know if you can add something to that?
