Hello,
I tried to quit smoking in January 2016, and as an aid I used nicotine patches for 3 months (21/16/7 mg).
Already in the first weeks, I had, despite the nicotine patches, felt the need to smoke especially during social time with friends or after eating. I was nervous and easily irritated.
My wife talked about, and bought me the Bach flower mix 58. I didn’t believe in it at all at first, however, after 3 weeks, the need for cigarettes disappeared. I was completely relaxed, even in the evening when surrounded by other smoking friends.
I also stopped using the patches 3 weeks ago. It is the first time - after many attempts - where I was so “Zen” in smoking cessation. Today, it’s been 9 months since my last smoke.
